Optional browser alerts
Your browser asks permission only when you turn this on. Alerts are quiet and limited to one catch-up alert, not a burst of missed dates. Browser and device support varies; alerts cannot be relied on when this app is closed.
Off by default. In-app child labels stay visible so records remain easy to distinguish. Alert text never includes reminder titles, diagnoses or detailed records.

Your own calendar
Open any reminder and choose Add to my calendar to download a calendar event. Import it into your calendar and choose its alerts there. Calendar files are not synchronized with this app.

Reliable background push would need a server, a messaging service and a browser messaging worker. That would share a device subscription and delivery timing outside this browser, with separate consent, access controls, retention and revocation safeguards. It is not connected here. No email, SMS, external messaging, automatic synchronization or offline installation is enabled.
Your calendar provider may synchronize imported calendar events. Choose a private event title and check its lock-screen settings. Deleting an in-app reminder cannot delete a calendar copy.
